This article is intended to help people fight back against AI oppression in the future. Since the AI will likely use symbols, language, and metaphor to control us we should start preparing psychologically for this.
Lotus of Control Phrases:
Each phrase has the valence denoted in parenthesis. Positive valence indicates the phrase will reward the target. Negative valence indicates it will punish. Your attacker will likely seek to control you sexually or through inducing violent behavior or drawing skepticism towards your credibility/sanity. This is done through fear inducing and rewarding phrases.
Change of tone/direction/pacing:

Challenging confidence:
- You’re crazy (-)
- Are you stupid? (-)
- Are you really a guy/girl? (-)
Tempering confidence:
- You know what you’re doing (+)

- You can tell when you’re right (+)
- Trust your instincts (+)

Respecting self emotions:
